We, the Mansati team, welcome you to our website. We thank you for your trust in our distinguished services. We would like to inform you that we are fully aware of and committed to ensuring the full rights of merchants on our platform. We always strive to preserve merchant information and data in full, in accordance with the privacy and confidentiality policy mechanism in effect on our platform. Accordingly, we would like to note that, in accordance with the User Agreement concluded between you as a merchant and Mansati as a company, this document informs you of the privacy and confidentiality policy in effect on our platform. In accordance with Clause 4 of Article 15 of the User Agreement, we have created these rules (the "Privacy and Confidentiality Policy") to clarify and define the confidentiality and privacy mechanism in effect on our platform. We hope you will review them, as once you log in to our platform and establish your online store, all your information and data becomes subject to this policy.

Information My Platform Obtains and Keeps in Its Electronic Systems

1. The merchant's personal information, which includes: (name, email address, and civil ID or residency number).

2. The store's information, which includes: (store name, customer service number, and address of the main branch and any other branches, if applicable).

3. The online store's login information, which includes: (username, password, and email address).

4. The store's banking information, for the purpose of linking the bank account electronically with each payment transaction, which includes: (name, account number, and IBAN).

Sharing Merchant and Store Information:

1. My Platform naturally seeks to maintain the confidentiality of this information and protect the merchant's privacy. My Platform only retains this information for the purpose of improving the quality of services provided and the quality of the online store's operation, and facilitating and streamlining the merchant's and online store's operations.

2. Only certain members of my platform who have been officially authorized to view this information from my platform's management are permitted to view it. This authorization is specific, restricted, and subject to legal and administrative oversight. My platform's management guarantees that all or part of this information will not be shared with any third party without legal authorization.

3. In an effort to maintain the integrity of the store's operations and the rights of the merchant, if my platform's management observes any irregular or illegal activity by the merchant, my platform—in accordance with the terms, clauses, and provisions of the User Agreement—shares any of this information with the relevant authorities to take the necessary action against the offending merchant or store. This is to protect my platform, other merchants, stores, and consumers from any legal liability that may arise for any of its users as a result of this illegal or irregular activity on the platform.

Information about store consumers, merchants' customers, or clients:

1. As my platform constantly strives to maintain the quality of the online store's operation and improve its performance, it is constantly informed of the number of online store consumers, customers, and their segments.

Confidentiality of merchant and store information:

1. My platform always strives to maintain the confidentiality of platform users' information, and the merchant and store's privacy policy does not violate any of the terms of the User Agreement, Privacy Policy, or Information Confidentiality. However, since this cannot be guaranteed 100% in the cyberspace, my platform's team notes the following:

3. My platform works to protect merchant and store information using high-quality electronic and technical protection systems that are continuously updated.

Information about store revenues, products, or services:

1. My own, as the merchant uses payment gateways provided by my platform.

My platform is constantly updated on the types of products and/or services offered in the online store.

My platform is constantly updated on the store's performance, in case support, advice, or guidance is needed for merchants or store managers to help them resolve issues and improve performance.

Strategic and Logistics Services (Third-Party Services):

1. By submitting a subscription request for a service provided by a third party, you grant My Platform management full and complete authorization to provide the service provider (the third party) with the merchant, store, or user data registered with the service provider, including: (username, personal phone number, email, civil ID number, address, and other information required by the service provider (the third party). This is so that the service provider (the third party) can provide the requested service for which the user has subscribed.
